We start the designing with determining your anchor surface – it may be the floor or countertop materials. Once that is in-hand, we’ll work with you to select the rest of your surfaces to complement the primary. If any of the installation’s infrastructure needs changing – electric outlets, plumbing and drains – we will develop a plan of work for the trades.

We will work with you each step of the project, so you know what is happening. When the Designing Dreams Flooring & Remodeling
team and contractors are working in your home, we respect your property and try to minimize the intrusion. You will be asked to approve the work at various stages of the project.
